Brie Larson

BrieBrianne Sidonie Desaulniers (born October 1st, 1989) popularly referred to as Brie Larson is an American actress. She is known for her supporting roles in comedies in her teens and has since branched out to lead roles in independent films as well as blockbusters. Larson has been honored with many awards such as the Academy Award. A Golden Globe Award. Time magazine named Larson one of the top 100 influential people around the globe in the year 2019. Larson, who was six years old was the youngest participant to enter a training program at American Conservatory Theater. She started her career as an actor with The Tonight Show with Jay Leno in 1998, with sketch comedy. She appeared as an integral character on the sitcom Raising Dad and briefly dabbled in music, releasing the album Finally Out of P.E. In 2005. Larson was a supporting role in comedy film Hoot (2006) as well as Scott Pilgrim vs. The World (2010). She played the part of a sardonic teenager in the TV series United States of Tara (2012). Larson's breakthrough came when she portrayed the lead role in Short Term 12 (2013). Larson continued to reprise her acting roles as a part-time actress in The Show now (2013) and Trainwreck (2015). Larson was awarded the Academy Award for Best Actress for her role as the kidnapping victim of the dramatic Room (2015). The adventure film of 2017 Kong: Skull Island marked her debut film with a big budget, and she then starred as Captain Marvel in the Marvel Cinematic Universe in the beginning, starting with Captain Marvel (2019).
