Hilary Duff was born on September 28th, 1987. Houston, Texas is where Hilary Duff was raised. She quickly rose to fame as one of the most famous actresses of our time. The Duffs were born to Susan Duff & Robert Erhard Duff. The Duffs' sister Haylie Duff is her older cousin. Hilary was determined to be like her older sister and so she began travelling with Haylie with her Cecchetti Ballet. Although the dancer enjoyed it, she found her true passion behind the camera and the young star soon began acting professionally.
