April Michelle Bowlby is an American actress best recognized for her role as Stacy Barrett in the American legal comedy drama/fantasy TV series Drop Dead Diva and Kandi on the show Two and a Half Men. Her career began with modeling before moving onto films and TV series. The first time she appeared on screen was as an extra on the show CSI: Crime Scene Investigation then single-episode roles in other series. In the near future, she was cast in the role of Kandi on Two and a Half Men. Bowlby was recognized internationally for the Stacy Barrett role in Drop Dead Diva. In the American web series Titans the actress played the role of Rita Farr/Elastigirl. The character will return in the spin-off series to The Doom Patrol television series. Bowlby also appeared on TV in movies like Sands of Oblivion, The Wrong Daughter as well as Sands of Oblivion 2. Her big screen debut came with the movie All Roads Lead Home and afterwards appeared in several other films such as The Slammin Salmon and From Prada to Nada. Bowlby has appeared on a number of TV programs, such as CSI in 2004. She also appeared on CSI: NY in 2005, Freddie in 2005 as Sydney and How I Met Your Mother in 2007 as Meg. Bowlby has recently played the character of Natasha (a 12 year-old girl) in the film All Roads Lead Home. The film is about a tragic accident which causes Natasha to be separated from her mother. Bowlby is playing Mia in the comedic The Slammin Salmon. She lives in Los Angeles. The redhead has blue eyes. She's single and has no children.
